Edgar Hardless joined SingTel in June 2001. He currently heads up the recently created SingTel Group Innovations ("SGI") unit. SGI is tasked with identifying and investigating new innovative technologies, services and business models which could create either significant opportunities or disruptions to the SingTel Group's core businesses. Prior to his current appointment he served as a Director in the Strategic Investments arm of the SingTel Group, monitoring key overseas assets and pursuing new investment opportunities. Before joining SingTel, Edgar worked for British Telecom in the United Kingdom where he undertook a number of business development roles in the satellite, internet and digital multimedia spaces.

James has over 15 years of experience working in the entertainment and mobile industry. During his 10 years at Microsoft as a charter member of the Xbox Japan group, he played a key role in staffing the organization to 100+ people, discovering and developing new games for the Japan market, as well as in executing licensing, publishing and distribution relationships that resulted in significant revenue growth for the company. James is currently expanding on CELL's Japan success internationally with a particular focus on the Asia Pacific region.

CELL has developed over 500 Flash casual games using Adobe Flash® Lite™ since year 2001. They are responsible for the creation of Mobile Deck, NTT DoCoMo's flash main deck interface. This application has been instrumental in the distribution of content into the handsets of more than 27million users in Japan.

Appointed in 2005, he is responsible for Forum Nokia activities in this region. Forum Nokia connects developers to tools, technical information, support, and distribution channels. Shankar’s team work with Forum Nokia PRO developers, content providers and aggregators in the Asia Pacific region to help drive the creation, commercialization and consumption of innovative and leading-edge mobile applications. Shankar has been with Nokia since 1996 where he held several sales and marketing, as well as senior positions in Singapore, Helsinki and Denmark.
